Hi! My name is
Sheree. I am a
certified Personal Trainer
in Apopka FL
with years of
experience
working in major
national gyms. I
am well known
for my killer ab
classes, earning
me the nick name
of " THE AB
QUEEN".
I also have
experience
working as a
certified
respiratory
therapist with
experience in
pulmonary
rehabilitation
education. I
fuse together
many different
exercise
elements such as
Pilates, bellydance,
weight training,
resistance
training, kettle
bells, Pilates
bands,
calisthenics and
body movement
exercises. I am
always searching
out new
techniques and
exercises ~
trying them out
on myself first
to find what is
most effective.
I am a big fan
of the Tracy
Anderson Method.
Tracy Anderson
is the trainer
to Madonna,
Shakira, Gwyneth
Paltrow,
Jennifer Lopez,
and many others.
I believe
exercise should
be fun and
enjoyable. It
truly is a
passion for me
to share my
knowledge and
help others to
achieve their
goals.
My philosophy
and belief is
that everyone
woman no matter
what age, size,
or shape has a
goddess within.
Sometimes we
lose sight of
her and just
need a little
inspiration and
guidance to
bring her back
out.
I
myself have
struggled with
weight. I was a
chunky teenager
and also have
had to deal with
losing post baby
pounds. It took
me years to find
the right
combination
through diet and
specific
exercises to
finally shed and
transform my
body~ keeping
those unwanted
pounds off. I
want to share
all I have
learned with you
and help you to
achieve your
personal body
goals. It is my
mission to give
every woman the
tools and
knowledge she
needs to look
and feel her
best. Let me

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
