Hi, My name is Lauren. I am a Certified Personal Trainer in Wall Township, NJ  and the surrounding areas.  I provide in-home personal training to women of all ages from teenagers to seniors.  Whether your goal is to tone up, lose weight or increase strength I can help you do just that!

Growing up I always participated in sports including soccer, lacrosse, basketball, softball and track. I played on the same soccer team for 8 years and this is where I learned that exercise CAN and should be fun!  Incorporating activities you like to do into your workout is key to keeping up with a consistent exercise routine. However, breaking down barriers is what gets you to that next level and I am here to help you do just that!!!!
