Sam

you want to be. He
is a Personal
Trainer with a 2700
sq ft state of the
art gym in Conifer,
CO. Being active in
the sporting
lifestyle since six
years old, he soon
found he ran out of
breath real fast and
had a very hard time
recovering. Not
knowing this was
asthma, he continued
to strive to be able
to run faster and
longer without
losing his breath.
His doctors told him
to limit his
activities to
certain times of
day, not to
exercise, etc. This
was totally
unacceptable.
Perseverance was his
motto. He
instinctively
started to get
moving and started
doing sprints in his
driveway.
He
played Varsity
Tennis in High
School and through
College and also
competed in
freestyle skiing. He
is an avid
Road/Mountain Biker,
Golf enthusiast, and
plays most all
sports. Playing on
the “edge” has
helped him
understand what it
takes to push one’s
self.
His
guidance can help
you to do better
than you ever have
in whatever sport,
activity or
lifestyle you
choose.

to Olympic athletes
and hopefuls. Many

Middle and High
School athletes as
well as recreational
athletes looking to
rehabilitate and
prevent injuries in
order to excel in
their respective
sports.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
