Personal Trainer Bio/ Background .
Hi, I'm
Mandy! I am a Personal
Trainer in Northern New Jersey.
Born and raised in NJ, I
developed a passion for
fitness while I was in
graduate school studying for
my Masters in Counseling. I
began lifting weights,
running, and getting
involved in all different
types of fitness programs
involving Plyometrics,
metabolic work, Spin, TRX,
Kettlebells, etc… I got bit
by the gym bug!
I began
competing in figure
competitions, and eventually
followed my heart and got
certified as a personal
trainer so I could help
others reach their goals
like I did. Once I got that
under my belt, I moved
forward and tried new
things. I am now a Level 1
Crossfit Coach and NASM
Certified Personal Trainer.
My life was positively
affected and changed through
fitness and their is nothing
more rewarding than helping
others do the same. Fitness
is my passion and I hope to
help my clients get
healthier, stronger, and
better at everything they do
through training.
I specialize
in 1 on 1, Semi-Private, and
Small Group Training. I am
NASM Certified, Level 1
Crossfit Coach, Pre/Post
Natal, TRX, Kettlebells,
Experience in USA
Weightlifting, Bootcamps,
Corrective Exercise,
Bodybuilding, Sports
Training, and more. It is my
goal to get my clients up
and moving, staying
functional in their everyday
life, and having fun while
getting in great shape!
Depending on your goals,
depends on the program I
design for you, your program
will be customized to get
you the best results
possible!
I look
forward to working with you!

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
