Hi, I'm
Chelle, a certified personal trainer
with over 26 years of experience working
with clients of all ages (12 to 94) to
improve their strength, flexibility,
overall health and general well-being.
With the COVID restrictions, I can help
you get back on track in the comfort of
your own home or outside, weather
permitting (Lehigh Valley areas include:
Allentown, Breinigsville, Emmaus,
Kempton, Kutztown, PA, Macungie, New
Tripoli, Schnecksville, Orefield,
Walnutport PA.) If you don’t have
equipment, I can bring some with me or
make recommendations of items you can
purchase, relatively inexpensively.
I specialize in weight training,
functional exercises, improving core
strength, balance/stretching,
cardiovascular conditioning and sport
specific training. Nutritional guidance
is also provided. I have experience
dealing with all kinds of specific
health challenges and concerns
including: arthritis, cancer,
depression/anxiety, diabetes, heart
disease, high blood pressure &
cholesterol, MS, osteoporosis,
Parkinson’s, post physical therapy &
wheel-chair bound

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
