Hello, my name is Kari and I first want to thank you for visiting my page. I have been in the fitness industry for 13 years helping people feel and look great. I am certified personal trainer in Estero, FL through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and I am excited to help you reach all of your fitness goals.  

My passion for fitness started early in my life, as I was an accomplished and awarding winning gymnast through grade school and high school. My senior year of high school, I found a new passion for cheerleading and went on to continue my love for the sport through my college career at Wingate University.  

Upon college graduation, my fitness career was a natural progression and I used my knowledge and passion to help others achieve their optimal health. Whether you need to lose 5 pounds or 50 pounds, I can help you get there. My programs focus on proper nutrition, weight and resistance training, and proper cardio training. I do one-on-one training, couples training, small group and large group training. I am also available for bootcamp and kickboxing classes.
