Hi My name is Kristin and I am a In Home Personal Trainer in Mesa AZ
and the surrounding areas. You know you should take care of yourself. However, that doesn't get you into the gym or into those skinny jeans! What better way to change your life than having someone just show up at your door, you rolling out of bed and your own personal trainer kicking your butt into shape?
Kristin is an expert at in home personal training for women, with eight years of experience training in home, along with running her own successful mobile fitness company for five years. Kristin is a graduate from the National Personal Training Institute, where she earned a certification in Personal Training and Nutrition. Additionally, she is now expanding her knowledge earning a degree in Food and Nutrition Management and Business from Arizona State University. She is also an advocate for healthy eating and has developed food strategies for success!

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
