Hi my name is
Adam. I am a In home personal
trainer in
Clearwater FL
and the local
areas in Tampa
FL. The world is
changing and
there are health
crisis all
around us.
Chronic joint
and back pain,
as well as
various chronic
diseases and
disorders have
hit epic
proportions. If
we step back,
look at our
activity levels
and analyze our
daily diets, of
course we have
these very
pressing issues.
We need to
realize that
these problems
have come about
because society
has taught us
how to live this
way. BUT, we can
reduce or
eliminate all of
these through
Nutrition and
Fitness.
As owner and
trainer of
my own Fitness
business, I am
proud to do my
part to try and
turn this
around. I have
always been
active, but ten
years ago, I
fell in love
with training my
body to gain
muscle, lose
weight, build
endurance, and
increase
mobility through
total body
movement.
Total body
movements that
people do
everyday, are an
important part
of our focus.
These movements
include squats,
deadlifts,
shoulder
presses, and
many more. We
use these to
teach our bodies
how to move
again, relieve
ourselves of
aches and pains,
and get back to
being healthy.

total body

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
