My
name is Erin and I
am a Certified
Personal Trainer in
Jacksonville, Westside
Jacksonville,
Florida
and
surrounding areas. I
have been active all
my life playing
competitive sports
and just enjoying
life through staying
fit.
I just currently
moved to
Jacksonville from
Ohio after
graduating college
with my BS in
Nutrition and
Dietetics. In the
pursuit to further
my career in which I
have the most
passion for which is
Health and Fitness.
My
specialties involve
weight loss, weight
management, and
overall adding lean
muscle to the body.
My Intensity in
training has a broad
spectrum with the
same concept,
keeping the heart
rate up so we are
burning those
calories even after
we stop moving.

training session
involves me first
running through what
you will be doing
and showing
corrective form. I
like making it fun
for my clients while
at the same time
being highly
effective.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
