Bio/ Background
I have had an interest in
health and wellness since I was in high
school. I have dedicated my life to
sharing this with others through
personal training. I specialize in
helping people build solid exercise
habits for the long term, by making sure
they have solid of exercise knowledge
that will keep them motivated and safe.
I like to focus on incorporating
exercise styles that my clients enjoy so
that it stays fun and interesting!
After getting married in 2010, to my
loving and supportive husband, Alan, I
starting training with a personal
trainer myself. Within a few months it
was suggested to me that this might me a
good career path and I began studying to
become an ACSM Certified Personal
Trainer. I spent some time doing an
internship with a trainer to gain
experience and technique.
I am now ACSM certified myself and
looking forward to sharing my knowledge
and helping you reach your personal
goals through accountability and my
personal support.
I look forward to helping you achieve
your fitness goals!

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
