Personal Trainer Bio/ Background .

Hello, My name is Shannon and I am a Certified Personal trainer in East Orange, NJ   through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition I also have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Health and Physical Education. I train in all of Essex county New Jersey and many of the surrounding areas.

Speaking as someone who has always been physically active; I realize working out sometimes can seem pointless or confusing. Working out can seem this way mainly because you may not know if you are doing the proper exercise or maybe doing it incorrectly. I will take all of the guess work and doubt from your mind and replace it with hope, knowledge, motivation and confidence while helping you to truly understanding what you are doing is working to achieve your goals.

I will travel to your home or Local Park and conduct in home training sessions in Essex County and many of the surrounding areas.  If you do not live within Essex county but in the surrounding area please feel free to contact me.

While working many people do not understand the exercises to do in order to get the results they want. So with not knowing many people end up spending precious time in the working out doing improper exercises. My programs will be designed to specifically help you accomplish your goals.

My in home training service insures that no time is wasted. You simply set the time you want me to be at your home, local park, or gym and I will meet you there with all the equipment needed.  All you will be responsible for bringing is your will to achieve your goal's).

I am not only concerned about the time that we spend training together; My goal is to make the physical activity and healthy eating habits that we establish a lifelong event for you and the people surrounding you.
