Hello, I am a nationally certified Personal Trainer in the Bergen County NJ
area, and I am passionate about what I do. I love to inspire people to obtain their fitness goals. I specialize in weight loss programs, nutrition counseling and custom training routine. I provide in home personal training services to women and families that are looking to lose weight, get fit, increase their endurance, flexibility, stability and strength at home.
I guarantee that you will not only have a great workout, but you will have fun in the process. My goal is to challenge and encourage my clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries using functional exercise & sound
nutritional planning.
As your trainer, I take your health and wellness personally, working alongside you to help achieve ALL of your fitness
goals.
One unique quality that differentiates me from other personal trainers, is that I do not just watch my clients and give them directions or instructions on what to do. I tend to workout with my clients, because it motivates them to work harder. I will motivate you by holding you accountable for your fitness goals, and through
positive coaching and training. We will work together to help you reclaim your body, and achieve fitness success.
My goal is to help clients look and feel good through getting more out of life by promoting good nutrition and physical fitness. Healthy bodies are the result of a well-balanced lifestyle. As a Certified Personal Trainer, I will work alongside you to achieve ALL of your fitness goals. With your determination and dedication, you can make anything happen.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
