Personal Trainer Bio/ Background .
Our bodies were meant to be active. The key is to find an activity that is fun, friendly and without pain or pressure. Then get moving! Of course, sometimes we need a little help getting motivated and that’s where I come in and will help you as a Branchburg Personal Trainer or my other service areas in New Jersey.
I’ve had a life-long passion for fitness and now I want to share it with you. I am an ACE certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor and personal trainer clients in Hillsborough, NJ.
I regularly teach kickboxing, aerobics, body sculpting and yoga and love seeing my clients embrace the activities and thrill in the changes they see in their bodies. I also have a martial arts background and participate in triathlons.
So no matter what your fitness level, together we can set and reach our health and fitness goals.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
