Personal Trainer Bio/ Background
Hello - my name is Sonee and I am a native Floridian and nationally certified Florida Personal Trainer and fitness instructor. I received the bulk of my training and certifications in Los Angeles, California – where I worked with pro athletes, celebrities, major corporations, resorts and of course the general public.
I now offer In Home Personal Training in Lutz FL and these cities and towns in Florida. Tampa, Lutz, Brandon, Wesley Chapel, Hillsborough County, Palm Harbor, Oldsmar, Trinity, Land O' Lakes, Pinellas County, Safety Harbor, Clearwater, Dunedin, St. Pete,
I am a recognized 2nd degree Tae Kwon do black belt under the tutelage of 10th Dan, Master Billy Blanks, a two-time national & world champion, and continue to expand and train in my art and apply that knowledge to my personal training methodology and practice. My personal training style reflects the proper technique, form and precision I've become accustomed to and my clients get results because of my attention to detail and emphasis on proper nutrition. I'll give you the tools to shop right, eat right, exercise properly and obtain excellence in your health!
My knowledge and preparation as a
personal trainer and consultant started
as a high school and collegiate athlete
talented in the areas of track & field,
basketball and softball. A University of
Florida graduate (with honors); I hold a
Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism
& Communications. A cutting edge aspect
of my instruction is my knowledge and
national certifications in other areas
including Weight Loss, Pilates Mat
Science and Apparatus and Group
Exercise. I pride myself in stressing
technique and execution and work with
everyone including men, women, youth,
elderly, obese and athletes.
It is extremely important in fitness
that there is a mind body and spirit
connection – so with me you not only get
a great workout for the body but you
feel good about yourself and find that
confidence and self esteem that propels
us in everyday life. Your in-home and/or
studio workouts will be customized
toward your needs and goals and I will
include all the necessary elements like
cardio, strengthening and toning, core
fitness, functional and resistance
training, stretching and body awareness.
I am certified qualified and fully
insured and can come to your home or
office or you can visit my studio for
training, but regardless of the location
– you will have my full attention and
dedication to getting you that good body
that you want.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
