Personal Trainer Bio/ Background

My name is Beth. I am a Personal Trainer in the Camden County Glynn County GA areas. I started in this business, 4 years ago, after a personal journey, that resulted in losing 30 lbs, and gaining a whole new perspective on life.

I decided that I wanted to help other people, but not simply to get fit and healthy. I have wanted to inspire others to love the feeling of sweating and training their muscles. Aside from sharing my love of fitness with you, I promise to do two things.

1) I will teach you about your muscles and how your body works, and in the process teach proper form and the value of building strength.

2) I will motivate you, with various workouts that are actually fun, while effective.

I believe that the benefits of physical exercise are numerous and immeasurable. It goes beyond losing weight and building muscle; it will change your life. I want to help you and guide you to your fitness and personal goals.

Programs I offer are private training - In home or studio, tailored to your individual goals

MCT (Group) Training - can be tailored for specific group goals, or just a group of people that want to get fit together - for 2 to 5 clients also Group Fitness Classes.

How In-Home Personal Training Works: A local Personal Trainer in your city or town will drive to your location for your workouts. They provide all equipment needed for safe and productive fitness training.

After your initial consultation, your Fitness Trainer will have a better understanding of how to help you. Your personal training sessions will consist of goal specific exercises based on your fitness level, desired weight loss or weight gain and schedule. Your Certified Trainer will then schedule your one-on-one sessions, at your convenience, in the comfort of your own home at work or outside weather permitting... Imagine yourself working out in the early morning at your Favorite Park.

How many sessions per week are necessary?

Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!

How long will it take to see the results I want?

If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.

Weeks 1-3 Your Energy levels dramatically begin to improve!
Weeks 4-6 Strength levels increase with continued improvement in Energy.
Weeks 6-8 Body Image is changing, your starting to see and feel a Difference
Week’s 8-10 Fat loss is noticeable; it will soon be time to buy new clothes!
