Personal Trainer Bio/ Background
Hello! My name is
Amara. I am a Personal Trainer
in Thornton, CO and the local
areas. I am a also a certified
Health & Fitness Specialist
through the American College of
Sports Medicine and a Corrective
Exercise Specialist through the
National Academy of Sports
Medicine.
My mission, as a personal
trainer, is to bridge the gap
between a client’s current
health standing and the creation
of the best body they’ve ever
had. By balancing lifestyle,
exercise, hydration, and
nutrition, we can create a whole
body wellness plan. My clients
not only earn better health, but
they get an all over life
enhancement.
Hiring a Personal
Trainer is necessary when
seeking true health and
wellness. Give yourself
permission to feel and be your
best.
My background
lies in Xterra triathlons,
strength & conditioning, martial
arts, & dance. Health and
fitness is a lifestyle; not a
phase. I believe that variety is
the spice of life and that
exercise can be enjoyable if you
are creative.
I grew up in
Washington State and moved to
Colorado about 2 years ago in
search of more sunshine! My
past-times include trail
running, swimming, camping,
swing and tango dancing,
traveling, and indoor rock
climbing.
If you are ready
to take control of your health,
I would love to meet you! Your
consultation and your first
session are free!
Thank you Amara.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
