“ I
cannot say enough about Daphne.
She is a great inspirationto
me. She motivates me and others
to pursue a healthier lifestyle.
She is extremely knowledgeable
and friendly. She’s always
trying to find new exciting ways
to motivate her clients, while
teaching them how to workout
independent of her. She makes
working out and living a healthy
lifestyle fun and hip. Daphne is
so easy to get along with; she’s
like part of the family.”
Thanks, Tricia

fitness and nutrition as

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
