Personal Trainer Bio/ Background
My name is
Krystin. I am a Certified Personal Trainer in Downtown
Denver, CO
and the local
areas. I strive to be
influential in positive ways by
educating my clients in a
direction so that they learn
what long-term fitness means.
Having been raised in a family
where health wasn't important,
created unhealthy habits and
medical issues on my part at a
young age. Things could only be
changed if I was ready to take
on the necessary steps. Since
starting my journey to better
health, I haven't looked back
and feel healthier and stronger
by the year. The entire
experience encouraged me to
reach out and help!
Maybe you are
someone who is longs to feel
better in your days, eat
healthier but confused and not
sure where to begin. Or you
might be that Mother who is
crazy busy but dreaming for more
energy to get through each
day....I'm here to help guide
you, and give you the tools
needed to get you where you want
to be. In the last 4 years of my
education and experience with a
wide range of clients, between
the ages of 17-80, the building
blocks have taught me to design
safe, creative, and effective
programs. Overall, I give off a
conservative style and encourage
my clients to achieve a strong
bed of health in a realistic way
on the path of longevity.
My passion in the
fitness and wellness industry is
wanting to work side by side
with you, striving for positive
changes, for not only today but
for a lifetime. If you are
willing, I am willing and
TOGETHER the changes will
unfold!
Rewarding your body with
wholesome food and healthy
exercise practices will only
bring on a happier, stronger,
clear thinking person.
Don't wait another day, let's
shape the new YOU!

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
