Michele is a Professional Certified Personal Fitness Trainer in Ellsworth, PA with The National Exercise & Strength Training Association. Prior to establishing her training business, Michele spent 10 years working in a wide range of fitness centers specializing in Strength Training, Cardio-vascular Conditioning and Program Design.
She is a coach and physical education teacher who provides motivation, program supervision and appropriate exercise progression to assist clients in reaching their goals the most efficient, effective and safest way possible. Each client will highly improve their everyday Performance and be directed towards increased health and well-being. Michele takes into account the individual limitations and needs of each client and fits the program to the client (never the other way around).
After a successful career in Health/Fitness, Michele now coaches other people to achieve the same success. She has spent 20 years in weight training/competing in the arts of Tae Kwon Do, Shorin Ryu, Kick Boxing, Boxing, Thai Boxing and other various forms of Martial Arts and won a state championship.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
