Hi my name is
Keelin. I am a personal trainer in East
Brunswick, Milltown NJ
and the local areas. I have
been very into fitness and
the human body since 2007.
I have my AA
in dance, my national
training certification from
ISSA and I have 2 specialty
certifications from NASM
(weight loss specialist and
corrective exercise
specialist) I used to work
for NYSC as a personal
trainer, group exercise
leader and a small group
exercise leader.
What is a
weight-loss specialist? -A
weight-loss specialists
knows how to apply exercise
programs specifically for
clients trying to lose
weight. Exercise and diet
can get your weight off but
only the knowledge of a
weight loss specialists can
help change your life.
I've also competed in cross
fit gyms and hosted my own
boot camp fitness class
outdoors. I have a very
unique training strategy. I

improve, what your great in
and what you are weak in.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
