Personal Training Bio/ Background
Hi, My name is Laura-lynn. I
am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
certified In
Home
Personal Trainer in the Mercer County NJ
area.
Instilling a fitness regime in to
your life delivers a multitude of benefits! The
most popular of these benefits include improved
health, less risk for many diseases and better
mobility. However, studies have also attributed
fitness to better sleep patterns, a clearer
state of mind, reduced stress, better aging and
longevity, happiness and the list goes on!
With that being said, we all feel the daily
pressures and demands of society and all
experience the hurdles life consistently throws
in our path! Falling off track with your fitness
routine is common. Getting back on track is
solely up to you, but staying on track is a team
effort when you choose to let me be your
personal trainer. Let's create the benefits in
your life, together.
A brief background on myself... I
started my journey as a group fitness instructor
within Les Mills and Zumba about three years
ago. From there my passion for this industry
grew and I became a certified personal trainer
through NASM. I am also currently working within
Les Mills as a part of their National Presenter
team. Making this difference is the best path I
could ask for.
Please contact me today for more information on
my personal training programs.
Thank you. Laura-Lynn.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
