Bio/ Background
My name is Joanne. I offer Personal Training in Oradell NJ and surrounding areas. I have been involved with fitness all of my adult life. You could call it my passion of sorts. I really love helping my clients achieve their fitness goals.
I have an associate degree in exercise science as well as fitness certifications with AFFA & ASSISMA. My educational background consists of exercise physiology, sports medicine, sports nutrition as well as wellness & general health. I work well with clients of all ages including children & the 60+ group. I just recently developed a workout from a chair, for those who wish not to lie on the floor, which works well with the senior crowd as well as pregnant women.
My specialty is working with women who wish to lose their post baby weight or just want to regain their waistlines and flatten their abs. I focus on body sculpting, circuit training and mat pilates. Together we will set realistic goals and achieve results. I give 100% to all my clients because fitness is my life and I hope to make it yours.
Education is very important to me and I am always looking to take new and different classes to improve myself, so I may better help you, my clients

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
