Personal Trainer Bio/ Background
Hi my name is Pam and
I am a Personal Trainer in
Pensacola,
FL
and the
surrounding areas
.
As a
new mom with a busy schedule I
found it hard to fit exercise
into my daily routine. Whether
it was childcare, trying to make
one of the sessions at the gym,
locate a class or find the time
to go for a walk, I just
couldn’t make it work.
With the overwhelming obesity
rates and general status of poor
health in our country today, I
did not want to become another
statistic. I soon discovered
that in order to care for others
I must first care for myself. I
realized there was a real need
to provide a service to people
in similar situations.
One-on-one
Personal
Training is the
best way to get
results from
your fitness
program.
Workouts are
designed
specifically for
your needs and
goals. Workouts
are created to
involve the
entire body.
This is also a
great way to
jumpstart a
program or push
through
frustrating
plateaus.
Real Fitness was designed
for Real people with Real
lives. As a certified
personal trainer I will help
you reach your fitness goals
when and where it is
convenient for you. I offer
a variety of services all of
which are very flexible.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
