Personal Trainer Bio/ Background
My name is Olga and I
have been a Personal Trainer in Princeton, NJ
for more then 6 years and a fitness
enthusiast for all my life.
Most of my
clients are busy professionals, who
value their time and are looking for the
most effective and efficient way to stay
healthy. They reduce the level of
stress, feel more confident and look
great. Some are stay at home moms with
tons of choirs and no time for
themselves, who would love to exercise,
but can not find time to go to the gym.
I also train several seniors who need
guidance from a professional to ensure
that they do the right kind of activity
in the safest manner.
I’ve been a fan of short
high intensity workouts for a long time.
30-35 min is all you need. It may seem
incredibly short, but when you do it
properly, it’s more than enough time to
stimulate your muscles and boost your
metabolism. You can build a lean strong
body and burn fat effectively without
wasting time. It is also important to
start out with 10-20 min of dynamic warm
up, corrective work to address muscle
imbalances to enable you to perform the
exercises with your best form and
stretch at the end of the workout to
avoid soreness and injury. But it does
not mean that there is no time for some
fun and laughter. I keep my sessions
intense, but the mood light and the
attitude positive.
What is a fitness
program without nutrition? Not a full
program. So I will talk to you about
this very important piece all the time.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
