Personal Trainer Bio/ Background
I am former Cirque du Soleil artist, 6 times gymnastics champion of Bulgaria, European Bronze Medalist and holder of black belt in judo. For over 20 years I have done all kinds of exercises. From things that most of the people cannot even imagine doing to things that everyone can do in the comfort of their own home.
I have learned a lot about the abilities of the human body and the power of the human mind. I know that every person has incredible power and if he knows how to use it he can function on a higher level physically and mentally. Imagine that you feel strong, flexible, confident in the way your body moves with clear mind and fast thought process. You can be more happy and productive in everything you do - your work, relationships with people, your personal life etc. This is all achievable with exercise program, a little life coaching and the right nutrition.
My exercise methods entirely depend on your goals and your current fitness level. I will meet you wherever you are and design a program that will suit your personal needs. You will feel comfortable with the exercises, encouraged and motivated to grow and get better. Whether you are looking to lose weight, firm and tone your body, build strength and flexibility or your are professional athlete that needs conditioning for a specific sport I will take your goals as if they were mine.
I can train you in your home, office, outdoors or at a gym. Whatever best suits your schedule. I currently train clients in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Santa Monica, Hollywood Hills, West LA.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
