Personal Trainer Bio/ Background
Hi, my name is Matt and I am a personal trainer in St. Petersburg, FL
and the surrounding local areas. I offer my training sessions inside of a private studio 1 on 1 or I can come to your home or office.
I have had a life-long passion for sports and fitness and believe my purpose is to help others. Exercise has been a major tool to help me overcome adversity and create a positive change in my life. My objective for each client is to create a fitness program that is effective for their specific goals as well as making exercise fun for my clients. It is definitely the success and joy I see in my clients that makes it all worthwhile.

I
think my style of training is unique in that all my clients receive core, balance, stability as well as cardio respiratory and strength training in every workout. Each specifically designed workout is customized to your personal goals whether it is weight loss, sports specific conditioning, core strength, stability or mobility and agility. I listen to what YOU want for your short and long term goals, what YOU want out of each individual training session and what YOU want out of me. I pride myself on making my clients feel comfortable and enthusiastic while training.
I also hold a focus in corrective exercise programs. My expertise understands how to effectively screen and identify any physical factors that may be creating pain and/or limiting movement. I then prescribe customized exercises that will address muscle imbalance and misalignment's which eliminate pain and movement limitations for good. My other areas of expertise are fitness for golfers, weight loss, mass building and muscle confusion.
If you want to learn more about me please contact me today for a free consultation. Thank you. Matt

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
