Personal Trainer Bio/ Background

Hi! My name is Michael. I am a certified Personal Trainer in Venice FL with years of experience working in major national gyms. I hold a certification from one of the leading certification programs in the industry, The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

I have been actively involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Originally a classically trained dancer, my dynamic approach emphasizes strength-training exercises that not only keep my clients healthy but transfer to daily life. Posture, balance and strength become more important as we age and my programs deal with all levels of fitness. I empower my clients by changing their lifestyle through nutrition and movement for dramatic results that last a lifetime.  

One-on-one Personal Training is the best way to get results from your fitness program. Workouts are designed specifically for your needs and goals. Workouts are created to involve the entire body. This is also a great way to jumpstart a program or push through frustrating plateaus. One-on-one training takes place In-Home or at the gym.

Food is also a very important part of any exercise program and will be a large part of the training. My intense and effective techniques incorporate injury rehabilitation, endurance training, muscle growth, fat reduction and nutrition.

Weight loss is all about motivation. Finding that motivation and keeping it requires help. Eating clean, finding the time for cardio, and getting through the strength workouts will be difficult. Weight Loss requires 100% commitment. Nutrition is a key component to the program. We focus on food and modifying behaviors that hold you back.

I have experience dealing with clients with back issues and other painful problem areas. Finding the right formula for success is what makes my training work. No two people are the same and no two programs will be the same.
