Personal Trainer Bio/ Background
Leslee has been
serious about making fitness her
career from the very beginning.
Shortly after graduating from the
University of Central Florida with
her bachelors in Exercise Science
she distinguished herself by
becoming a business owner, life
coach, and fitness mentor. She also
didn’t rest on her education laurels
as she went on to complete post grad
internships at a local prep school.
Leslee now has over 5
years of experience in the fitness
industry at a variety of training
environments. She successfully
incorporates her educational and
athletic background to train her
clients in a challenging, yet fun
way. Leslee focuses on finding
balance in your body through
exercise prescription and
stretching. She believes that each
client has unique needs and
therefore requires an ever evolving,
individualized workout routine.
Using this philosophy, she believes
through hard work and diligence her
clients can achieve optimal
efficiency from their bodies. Leslee
has worked with a large client base
from young athletes to geriatric
population, and designed programs to
accommodate their individual goals
and abilities.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
