Personal Trainer Bio/ Background
Hi! I’m Tyler a In Home
Personal Trainer
in Colorado
Springs CO
and
the surrounding
areas. I design
cutting edge
workouts based
on your needs
and goals. I
believe in well
thought out
programs that
build well
balanced bodies
and help you
achieve your
goals without
injury.
I
have been into
athletics my
whole life. But
it was not until
being wounded in
Iraq and forced
into retirement
from the Army
that I really
started to
understand just
how to train
your body.
During my
recovery I went
through a new
way of training
that starts with
your brain and
understanding
how it controls
your body and
how it can give
you strength and
take it away all
in a moment. I
have never had
more success
with any other
program. With
this program,
not only do you
gain better
control over
your body, but
you can also
decrease pain
and increase
mobility.
Your recovery
time decreases
and the amount
of time you need
to spend
stretching is
significantly
decreased as
well. I became
obsessed with
this new way of
training. You
don’t have to
nearly kill
yourself to
achieve your
goals. The old
way of “no pain
no gain” is over
which was not
only less
effective, but
could lead to
horrible
injuries.
I
have spent the
last few years
studying and
working with
other trainers
and even
doctors, trying
to understand
just how
the brain works
and how to use
it to train the
rest of the body
in a more
effective and
less painful
way.
Do you want to
lose weight? Do
you want to get
stronger and
faster? Do you
just want to
make it through
the day without
pain? Through my
knowledge and
passion about
the human body
and my well
thought out and
designed
training
regimens, I can
now help you.
Let me help you
to help
yourself. Personal

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
