name is KrisAnn. I am a Personal Trainer in
Coopersburg, Macungie

areas listed above in the Lehigh
County, PA. I have worked with
people from age 13 to 95.
I have designed pre-season
conditioning programs for
Division 1 College Athletes and
helped rehabilitate their
injuries as well. Also, I have
trained Seniors to improve their
function and strength to improve
Activities of Daily Living and
Quality of Life.
I've worked under Orthopedic
Doctors and Physical Therapists
in improving function and
balance after patient injury. I
have designed rehabilitation
programs based on
recommendations of Doctors and
Therapists. I tailor each
Clients training experience
personally to them based on
their individual goals and their
personal health history.
I've helped new moms get back in
shape and stay at home moms
improve their health and
ultimately their bodies. As a
mother of 3 ,I am constantly
working on my own health and
fitness goals.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
