Bio/ Background
I offer Personal
Training in Cranford, NJ
and the surrounding
areas.
Raised in
Northern New Jersey for most of my life I played
just about every sport you can imagine. I always
enjoyed being active and playing sports whether
it was on a field in a league or in the middle
of my dead end street with my neighbors.
When I graduated from high school there was all
of a sudden a void in my life. I continued my
education by enrolling in college but it became
increasingly difficult to organize any kind of
physical activities with my peers as they became
busy and more involved in other things.
I then set out to join a kickboxing gym. After
experiencing a less than friendly atmosphere in
my first endeavor I found another gym with an
instructor I had a lot in common with and
students that I could relate to. I was hooked.
The kickboxing classes had me doing workouts i'd
never heard of and opened my eyes to a new level
of fitness and conditioning. I showed up to
class as much as possible and before I knew it I
had developed respectable skills. I was then
asked to teach beginners classes and progressed
from there as a Personal Trainer in New Jersey
Teaching at the gym made me realize how
passionate I am about fitness and how much I
truly care about helping those around me lose
weight and lead healthier lifestyles. It set the
foundation for me to start my own business and I
hope I can continue to do this for the rest of
my life.
I look forward to helping you reach your fitness
goals. Personal Trainer Clint

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
