Personal Trainer Bio/ Background
I have experience with medicine ball routines, kettlebells, boxing, free weights, and all sorts of resistance equipment. I currently teach spinning, boot camp, stretch, body sculpting, kickboxing and aqua. I'm also a cyclist, swimmer and runner.
My philosophy of training is keep moving and have fun doing it. I enjoy all sorts of fitness activities and hope to get my clients to enjoy the process of getting fit.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
