Personal Trainer Bio/ Background
Also during that time I was serving in the US Marines working towards my commission as an officer. While serving, I continued to train other fighters or Marines looking to lose weight and maintain their fitness. However, after leaving the Marines in May 2007, I went full time conducting in-home training sessions via boxing and fitness. I used studio gyms, local parks in Fayette County, other gyms and trained individuals in their home gyms.
During most of 2008 I put my knowledge to its best use working with quadriplegics and paraplegics in an out patient clinic located in Fayetteville near Piedmont Hospital. To date, I have continued in home personal training and am an independent contractor and am the lead trainer for the Georgia Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts Association

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
