Look better AND feel better!!
“It's the little details that are vital.
Little things make big things happen.”
With 10 years of educational, work and personal experience in the fields of fitness, wellness, and sport medicine, I had the opportunity to work in fitness facilities, colleges/universities, in physical therapy clinics (people with physical challenges: paraplegics, visually/hearing impaired), in people’s homes, and in high performance centers.
My diverse clientele includes seniors to very young children, students; blue collar workers, executives, to high school/college and professional athletes. I have worked with people that have been injured at work or in motor vehicle accidents, people that have never exercised in their lives, and people of various fitness levels that just needed “something different”. That “difference” I provide comes from a mosaic of abundant experience I have in this field.
I have trained people in many environments with a variety of equipment such as weight machines (Nautilus, Cybex), free weights, medicine/exercise balls, Isokinetic equipment (Cybex, Biodex), cords/bands, and calisthenics (no equipment), to using backpacks and soup cans!! I have trained people in gymnasiums, fitness centers, on soccer fields, on the beach, in swimming pools, in their homes, and even in my own garage!! The types of exercises I can come up with are LIMITLESS!!
As a former college basketball player and well rounded athlete (volleyball, racquet sports, swimming, cycling, running, and boxing), I have gained an appreciation for the unlimited potential that hard work, details, motivation, and effort can bring.
If you think it’s impossible to achieve success, think again!
“Success comes from knowing that you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming.”
“The difference between the impossible and the possible,
lies in a one’s determination.”

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
