Roger is a Certified Personal Trainer in Hernando and the surrounding areas. Roger - Certified Master Personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach who enjoys helping people to develop their minds as well as their bodies from the student athlete to the person with special needs. Roger’s specialty is motivating clients to over come their fears of “I can’t” and show them that they can over come physical and emotional obstacles in their life.
Roger has over 15 years of successful motivational training as well as being a graduated of the National Personal Training Institute where he specialized in Strength training, Interval training, Core conditioning, Athletic performance enhancement, Stability ball classes and Trainer assisted stretching as a Florida Personal Trainer
Roger is certified through Kelly Blackburn Enterprises as a Golf Fitness Instructor, where he can help you avoid injury and improve your game. Roger has been written up in the St. Pete Times for his accomplishments with student athlete’s and his compassionate work with Alzheimer’s patients.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
