in a rural area can be
difficult; finding a really
great personal trainer sometimes
felt impossible until I met
Elena. Elena understands my
fitness goals and appropriately
tailors my workouts to meet
these goals. She varies my
workouts so that I never know
what’s coming and keeps me from
getting bored or complacent. She
makes me work harder than I ever
thought was possible and it
feels good. She totally understands
that women are “scale” centered.
She initially measured my hips,
my thighs, my waist and on and
on. So when I hit the point
where the scale wasn’t moving
like I thought it should she
whipped out her tape measure and
proved to me that my waist is
smaller, in fact, everything is
getting tighter and leaner. I
needed that proof.
My daughter wants nothing
more than to make the high
school field hockey team.
Actually, she doesn’t want to
just make the team she wants to
play. No bench warming for her.
She is a very driven athlete who
enrolled in track just to
improve her speed for field
hockey. This personal drive to
be better and her goal to play
on the varsity team have led her

Hiring

always something I
thought only rich people
could afford, and since
I am not rich, I really
never thought much about
it. That all changed
when I turned 31, my
metabolism started to
slow down, and I got
engaged to a wonderful
man. I really wanted to
get myself back in shape
for the big day;

hours on the elliptical
machine! Her workouts

boring, which was very
important to me. She was
able to not only develop
exercises to target my
problem areas, but she
was also able to change
or avoid exercises that
created discomfort in my
arthritis laden joints.
I was seeing noticeable
changes in only 3 weeks!
She also looked at my
eating habits and
offered tips to help
keep the weight off.

questions and
clarification any time I

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
