In Home Personal Trainer Description:
Expect2GetFit is looking for honest, professional and
knowledgeable in home personal trainers. As an associate of Expect 2
Get Fit personal training, you will assess, motivate, and educate
your clients through personalized exercise plans that you create. This opportunity is great for
all certified personal trainers who are
experienced in the industry/established. All Trainers listed with us
work for themselves and are not employed by
Expect2getfit. This gives you the freedom to work for
other personal training companies also.
Independent In Home Personal Trainer Requirements:
· A high school diploma/equivalent
· A recognized personal training certification, OR bachelor or masters' degree in fitness related field
· Motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, with a desire to succeed
· Customer service orientated
· Strong people skills
· Experience in nutrition knowledge preferred
· In-home personal training experience preferred but not necessary.
What you will need to get started:
· Recognized Personal training certification or bachelor, masters degree in fitness related field
· CPR certification
· Liability Insurance (or willing to get it) $120 or less per year
· Access to a computer daily
· Cell phone
· Transportation (To travel to and from clients - willing to travel 15 miles or more)
· Portable workout equipment

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
