I had been weight training for about 5 years and had reached a peak in my workout that I could not over come. With the diet and workout tips that I received from Expect 2Get Fit I was able to overcome my hurdle.
I had been trying to increase lean muscle mass while reducing body fat. Since using the tips, from Expect 2Get Fit over the past 2 months, I have seen a lot of physical improvements. My body weight has stayed about the same, however my body fat has decreased and almost all of the weights I lift have increased.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
