Personal Trainer Bio/ Background
My name is
Debbie and I am
a Personal Trainer
in the East
Orlando
area. My passion
for fitness has
been lifelong. I
received a
Bachelors from
Shepherd
University in
Recreation with
a concentration
in Sports
Fitness in 1999
and began
training clients
privately.
The diversity of
my clientele in
the past 14
years ranges
from a 15 yr old
young man with
Aspergers
Syndrome to a 72
yr old woman
with severe bone
density loss and
all levels of
fitness of men
and women in
between.
My philosophy is
to motivate
through
participation in
your workouts,
body
measurements and
a personalized
routine that is
updated each
session. No
workout will
ever be the
same. I will
teach you proper
form so you gain
the most benefit
from each and
every exercise
to build a body
that is a fat
burning machine.
We will take the
chore out of
exercise and
make it fun and
enjoyable to
challenge
yourself to
being the best
you've ever
been.
I
come to you as
early as 5 am
with all the
equipment
necessary for a
full body
workout! We
will go over
your goals in an
initial FREE
consultation
that includes a
sample workout.
There is no need
to leave home,
pay a sitter,
waste gas and
time traveling
to a busy health
club, or pay a
membership. This
will save you
time and money.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
