Bio/ Background
My name is Aaron, I am a Personal Trainer in Center Valley, PA. I've been consistently fitness training for about five and a half years as a Lehigh Valley Personal Trainer . I've acquired and harnessed my skills in youth and older adults fitness training, including nutritional program development for all ages, especially before, during, and after pregnancy terms here in Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, PA.
I also specialize in Sports Specific Athletic Training, Athletic Training Program Development, and Performance Nutrition Engineering.
I progressively teach all my personal training clients with 100% safety and determination. This helps them to achieve all set goals. I enjoy all outside sports activates, especially Rock climbing, diving, and next on my agenda is sky diving.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
