How
clients make payments
A prospect that turns into a
client must pay by check or any major credit card. All checks must get mail to the exact
address below. All checks must be made out to Expect2getfit.
If a new client
would like to make their payment by credit card please fill out all
of the necessary paper work and let them know they will be contacted
by e-mail to make a secure payment through Google checkout. Then
fill out your form behind your photo and click on the radio button
that says (payment made by credit card) Their sessions cannot start
until payment is made.
Your new client can pay you the full package amount. They can also
pay half up front and the additional half at the half way point of
their program. Please use your client sign in sheets to keep track
of their sessions.

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
