I started working out at my local gym every morning before school, and every and any opportunity I had, I would read up on the latest nutrition book out there. As the years have gone by I have become fit, Asthma free, and educated in the fitness arena. I have gone from sickly to fit in about 2 years. It might of taken longer because of the severity of my Asthma, but I made it through; so I know that if I can overcome these obstacles, anyone can.
So whether your looking to get ready for a competition or a show, or you just simply want to get into shape to get and stay healthy, I'm your trainer!

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
