My name is
Sara. I am a certified Personal Trainer in
Washington and Mansfield
Township, NJ
. I am
Certified through
International Sports Science
Association. I have worked
as a group fitness
instructor and personal
trainer, and trained
individuals of all ages. I
specialize in plyometrics,
HIIT (High intensity
interval training), Tabata,
functional and integrated
training, boot camp
workouts, circuits, and
weight lifting.
From an early
age I realized that there is
a positive relationship
between physical activity
and a sense of personal well
being; a universal truth
that often takes a backseat
in our busy adult lives. My
passion for helping others
to stay active and follow a
healthy lifestyle made the
transition from group
instructor to certified
personal trainer a natural
progression. Turning a dream
into a career is one of the
most exciting decisions I
have ever made.
Becoming your personal
trainer allows me to work
one-on-one with you:
setting goals, designing a
program that will meet
specific physical needs, and
sustaining that all
important motivational
spirit. The journey to
achieving a healthy body and

intense hikes, half
marathons, short distance
runs, and obstacle
challenges. I love to take
fitness outdoors whenever
possible. Even if that means
grabbing my snowboard and
hitting the slopes. My

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
