Bio/ Background

Hi Im Rachel and I am a Personal Trainer in Arcadia/Biltmore, AZ and the local areas. I have always loved being an active person and with that passion I have learned that I wanted to share that with others and show them just like I learned years ago that working out can be fun and not to be dreaded. I have also had my own ups and downs with weight and injuries so many aspects I can not only empathize with but I can also sympathize. I come from a real place of understanding.

I have worked in a gym and found that you are very limited with a client there and wanted to do more with clients and so here I am.

In today's society we are inundated with technology and the information that we are able to find, yet we are left to determine and digest it on our own and that can be very difficult. I can help you with the digestion of this information and the understanding of what may or may not be important.  

Rachel has an individualized approach to exercise that builds your mind, body and self-esteem. I can tailor a program based on your goals, physical conditions and limitations. I can train people in a place that makes you most comfortable, whether it be your home, a park or even place of business. I can also help  you be successful with aspects of nutrition, how to shop at a store, and clean out your kitchen, and reading labels properly. Rachel's philosophy is not what you eat, more  of how and when you eat it.

Rachel can train individuals, or small groups up to 3 people.
