In Home Personal Training in Mclean VA

Bio/ Background
Hi! I offer In Home Personal Training in McLean , Falls Church, VA, Vienna and Great Falls, Virginia. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the State of New York where I concentrated on health, wellness, science and fitness courses.
I also am a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise as well as being currently certified in CPR/AED through the American Heart Association. I have been involved in the medical/health/and fitness industry for over 15 years.
After struggling with my weight for most of my life (trying every diet in the book), I finally hired a personal trainer. She inspired, motivated and helped me to achieve and exceed my fitness goals through diet and exercise, (No, there isn’t a magic pill!!) I have lost over 50 lbs. of body fat and improved my health and happiness. And even had fun doing it!
Being a mother of two children in Mclean Virginia, I can relate to many women that feel stressed and way too overcommitted. I also empathize with many people who believe it nearly impossible to find the time, desire and/or motivation to reach their fitness goals. My approach is simple by design. I can help you put together a realistic, fun, fitness program that will keep you interested, committed and successful. I would like to share my knowledge, experience and ability to structure the right fitness program for you to reach and exceed your fitness goals and improve your life!

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
