Personal training Bio/ Background
I am a Personal Trainer in Catonsville and the surrounding areas. As a Catonsville Personal Trainer it is my goal to get you results fast in my local service areas. I grew up in a very small town, where exercise was a foreign word and not a single gym for miles! I was NEVER an athlete growing up and probably made poor eating choices, as well.
I attended James Madison University, where I participated in my very first Kinesiology class. From that point on, I knew I wanted to make fitness and nutrition a part of my life forever! I moved back to my hometown and began working at our only fitness center - Curves for Women. I enjoyed watching my town learn to love a healthier lifestyle and watching their bodies transform! After a year at Curves, I decided I wanted to be a little more creative with my exercises and learn how to create programs specifically designed around my clients' needs in Catonsville, MD
I received my Personal Trainer Certification through WITS and moved on to becoming a trainer at Bally Total Fitness. While at Bally, I trained over 100+ new members and had many regular clients of my own. Since then, I have graduated into the Level II Personal Trainer Certification through WITS and have worked with more than 50+ clients whose goals range from weight loss, to post-rehab, pre/post natal, to athletes in-training, and much more!
I have now started my very own In-Home Personal Training business and am enjoying the one-on-one (no distractions!) attention I can give my clients in the comfort of their own home! as a Maryland Personal Trainer Furthermore, I look forward to showing new clients how to lead healthier lifestyles and make fitness actually FUN!
No more big, smelly gyms and boring workouts! Yeah!

How many sessions per week are necessary?
Three is generally a good number. It will also help your progress by including cardiovascular training on the day’s in-between your workouts. The body is at its best when moving. If you are actively participating in some sort of exercise 3-5 days per week, you will see results PERIOD!
How long will it take to see the results I want?
If you are determined to workout a minimum of 3 times per week and make small changes to your eating habits your results will be very noticeable. You will also get good results 2 times per week, but it may not be as dramatic as the process explained below.
